First visit at no charge*

*The first visit at no charge covers an initial consultation to discuss the case. It does not include prior document review. If that review is needed, or the matter concerns employment or criminal law, a fee may apply. The firm will disclose the scope and amount beforehand; the client decides whether to accept.

How do I book the first visit?

  1. Propose a day and time

This is a proposal, not a booking: the firm will reply by email.

  2. The firm will confirm the appointment

When confirming the appointment, the firm will tell you whether the visit is at no charge or whether, because of the type of matter, a fee applies.

  3. Initial guidance

Initial guidance on your matter: listening to what has happened and identifying the type of matter, telling you the next step and explaining the costs, the fees and the process.

  4. If you decide to instruct us

The firm tells you the scope of the engagement and the fees before any work starts, and you decide whether to accept.

What matter would you like to consult us about?

If you are unsure between two areas, choose the one closest to your case.

Anything we should know before the appointment (optional)

Optional. Do not write other people's names, file or document numbers, or details about health, minors, asylum or international protection, violence or criminal matters, or details of your residence status. The type of procedure is enough. You tell your lawyer about that at the appointment, under professional secrecy. Maximum 300 characters.

Check and send

The request stays pending until the firm replies by email.

The fields marked with an asterisk are compulsory. Requesting this appointment does not in itself create a lawyer-client relationship: that relationship arises when the firm accepts the engagement in writing.
