Three ways to speak to the firm today
When a deadline is running (notice of a fine, an immigration decision, an accident report), the telephone is quickest. These three routes are open from the outset and do not depend on the form.
Telephone
The most direct way to set out your case and arrange an appointment at the firm. If nobody picks up, the solicitor is in court or with a client: leave a message or write on WhatsApp.
Call 614 26 26 92Useful for sending a photo of a notice, an accident report form or a formal demand so that the firm can see the document before the first appointment. Same number as the telephone.
Open WhatsAppThe best route if you need to attach documents: deeds, medical reports, administrative decisions or the complete file. Write to the firm's Bar-registered address.

Check the city bus routes stopping around Rogent and Freser. If you come by car, bear in mind that the whole area lies within Barcelona's Low Emission Zone and that on-street parking is regulated: allow plenty of time before your appointment.
Call before coming
Clients are seen by appointment. A two-minute call saves a wasted journey and lets the firm tell you which documents you should bring.
Fill in the form to request legal advice
Set out the case in as much detail as you can: what happened, when, and whether there is any deadline or notice involved. The more information there is, the more useful the firm's first reply will be.
Fields marked with an asterisk are required. Sending this enquiry does not in itself create a solicitor-client relationship: that relationship begins when the firm accepts the instruction in writing.
How to prepare for the first consultation
The first appointment is far more productive if you arrive with the papers to hand. These three steps save time and avoid a second appointment just to complete the documents.
-
Gather the documents in the case
Notices and decisions received (with the date of notification visible), contracts, deeds, accident report forms, medical reports, complaints or administrative files. The envelope or the proof of notification matters as much as the document itself: that is where the deadlines come from.
-
Note the dates and the deadlines
When the events happened and when you received each communication. With fines, immigration matters and administrative proceedings the time limits are short and cannot be extended, so that is the first thing the firm checks.
-
Book the appointment by telephone or WhatsApp
A day and time are agreed at the office at Carrer del Freser, 104. Say which language you would prefer to be seen in; if you need to be seen in Arabic, say so when booking so that it can be arranged.
Who will see you
The firm is run by Noemí Ampurdanés Parés, a solicitor registered with the ICAB under no. 22359, with more than 30 years in practice. You can consult her professional profile at noemiampurdanes.com. To find out about the firm's work, see the practice areas and services or the legal blog.
Tell us about the case and we will weigh up the next step together
If there is a dated notice or a deadline running, do not wait: one call is enough to find out how much time is left and what can be done.
