Comprehensive legal services in Barcelona
Ajuridic is a general practice firm with a focus: it brings together the nine areas of law that most often cross a person's life or that of a small business, from an immigration file to an inheritance, a municipal fine or an accident claim. One firm, one point of contact.
Carrer del Freser, 104, El Clot (Sant Martí), 08026 Barcelona · Assistance in Spanish, Catalan, English and Arabic (Arabic by appointment); Filipino on request, booking an appointment in advance.
Nine practice areas, one firm
Every matter is handled from start to finish from El Clot. Where a case calls for a particular speciality or a step before a notary, a court or a registry, the firm draws on its network of notaries, court agents and specialist solicitors, without the client having to look for them or tell their story again.
Immigration law
Residence and work permits, arraigo, family reunification, renewals, appeals against refusals and nationality applications. The firm reviews the documents before they are filed, works out the time limits and follows the file through to the decision.

Family law
Divorces and separations, by agreement or contested, custody, maintenance payments, variation of court orders and winding up the matrimonial property regime. Agreement is tried first; if there is no way to it, the firm defends the client's position before the court.

Employment law
Disciplinary and objective dismissals, disciplinary penalties, claims for unpaid wages and overtime, changes to hours or workplace imposed by the employer, workplace harassment and incapacity claims. The time limit for challenging a dismissal is twenty working days, so the first thing we look at is the date of the letter.

Wills, probate and inheritance
Wills, declarations of heirs, acceptance and division of the estate, inheritance tax and plusvalía municipal, and disputes between co-heirs. The firm coordinates the notarial and the tax side so that the succession does not get stuck halfway.

Road traffic accidents
Claims for injury and damage to property, follow-up of the medical reports until discharge, negotiation with the insurer and court proceedings if the offer is not reasonable. Also accidents involving pedestrians, cyclists, motorcyclists and e-scooters.

Medical negligence
Review of the medical records, expert report and claim against the healthcare provider, public or private, and its insurer. The first step is always to check whether there is a basis for claiming, before the client embarks on anything.

Civil liability
Harm caused or suffered by individuals, residents' associations, shops and professionals: falls in the street, water leaks, animals, risky activities and reading the policy that should answer for all of it.

Local authority law and fines
Representations and appeals against Barcelona City Council penalties (traffic, zona azul paid parking, public behaviour, scooters), licences, administrative files and a contentious-administrative appeal once the administrative route is exhausted.

Property law
Buying and selling homes and the arras contract, review of tenancies, evictions, construction defects, residents' associations and Land Registry problems. The contract is reviewed before signing, which is when it can still be changed.

The route is the same across the nine areas, so that whoever comes to us knows from day one what is going to happen, in what order and who deals with each part.
-
First contact
A call to 614 26 26 92, a WhatsApp message or the contact form is enough to open the matter. In that first conversation we identify what it is about, whether any time limit is running and what documents are worth gathering before the appointment.
-
Assessment of the case
The firm studies the documents and checks the matter against the applicable rules and time limits. Out of that comes an honest answer: whether the case has prospects, which is the most sensible route and what real difficulties lie ahead. If it has none, we say that too, and we say it before starting.
-
Proposed course of action
Before any step is taken, the client receives in writing what is going to be done, before which body or court, with what approximate timetable and with what fee estimate. Nothing is set in motion without that prior agreement, and any change of direction is discussed.
-
Handling and follow-up
The firm drafts and files the documents, attends hearings, negotiates and passes on every decision to the client in language that can be understood. Where the matter calls for a notary, a court agent or an expert, the firm takes on that coordination too.
What to expect if you entrust your matter to Ajuridic
- A single, steady point of contact. The matter does not change hands along the way and there is no need to explain it from the beginning every time you call.
- Time limits watched. In administrative matters and in claims against an insurer, a time limit that passes cannot be recovered. It is worked out at the start and you are told before, not afterwards.
- A fee estimate before we start. Fees are agreed in writing at the outset, with the specific scope of what they include.
- Language you can understand. Every significant decision is explained in plain language. Understanding your own case should not be a privilege.
- Seen in person in El Clot. Carrer del Freser, 104, running off carrer Rogent and a step away from Camp de l'Arpa, La Sagrera and Navas.
- Wide coverage. Barcelona city and the surrounding region in person, and the rest of Spain with the support of the network of court agents and associated solicitors.
Not sure which area the case falls into?
There is no need to get it right. Many matters touch two areas at once: an accident that also leads to sick leave, an inheritance with a let property, a separation dragging a mortgage behind it. Just explain the situation by telephone or WhatsApp and the firm will place it.
Who is answerable for the matter
The firm is run by Noemí Ampurdanés Parés, a solicitor registered with the ICAB under no. 22359, with more than 30 years in practice. Her professional profile sets out her career and how she works.
