Before that it is worth checking whether the notice can still be cancelled with a cancellation ticket: Gramepark states that if it is a morning notice it can be cancelled until 16.00 and if it is an afternoon one until 9 am the next day.

The instruction criteria of the Direcció General de Migracions i Refugi provide that the Generalitat is the only authority competent to issue and notify immigration reports, and that drawing up the draft report falls to the council where the person is registered on the padrón.
